I've been to many places to get RV service over the years. Van City in Las Vegas is the best. From Nina in service to Nick one of the mechanics, they're straight forward, easy to talk to and get things done. From my experience, they will bend over backwards to serve their customer. Appreciated that they are great at communicating what they're doing every step of the way. I felt treated more like family than just a service ticket. Dustin from service dept made an extra effort to bring a specialized part from his home so he could assist me with tightening and completing the set up on my new equalizer hitch. My old hitch was stolen, and I could not find any place in town who could help in a reasonable timeframe to get the new one set up. Johnnie walker told me I would have to wait over one month for an appointment to tight 3 bolts, but Dustin took care of this in a few minutes the next morning. an City RV is Kalispell doesn't "abandon" you after you purchase an RV from them! :-) I bought a Winnebago Solis PX a few months ago, and have called or stopped by with questions or minor warranty work since. All the service and front office people are awesome! Thank you Heather, Kari, Alex & Gary.
And this past week I needed some extra help after doing my best, on my own, to winterize my van. EVERYONE, including the main manager, Chad, and salesman Barry, went out of their way to help me figure out the problem. And ultimately yesterday, when I had to bring the van in to do a hands-on "let's figure this out," Gary was unbelievable helpful in getting to the bottom of the issue (air gap in the siphon....the valves were all set OK after all!!).

I took my Triple E Regency to Van City for repair of a water leak - a very difficult issue to troubleshoot. Allen was great! After much tedious investigation, he found the leaking connectors (deep in the coach, under the bed) and carefully repaired two connectors. I have been in sales for many years. Joe is an amazing example of what a GREAT customer-oriented sales person should be. He is efficient, honest and no BS. I wish he had been my mentor when I was younger.
In all my years as a consumer, I have never met anyone like him. I am happy to respond to email but no calls please since I am still working.

From the beginning my sales person “Al” was really committed to finding us the right RV for us and he did. Steve the finance guy got me a great rate and when I had an issue with the rv, Mike the tech was super quick in fixing the issue for us. Rose in service had the sales manager Ryan give us a ride to the mall and picked us up when our rv was ready. Btw,
It took only half the time to fix the issue. Mike was awesome! What a technician! All this at no cost! Super friendly super helpful, super service! That’s van city Las Vegas!!! Let’s not forget Kami in the title department. Also super friendly and helpful!! - David from Temecula, CA
I like how the entire team worked with me Via Email, Text, Phone and in person.
I liked that the Coach I purchased was as described, and the sales Personnel worked together to make the deal for me with no hidden charges.

My experience purchasing my Pleasure-way Lexor from Van City RV in Colorado Springs was easy and stress free. I highly recommend salesperson, Jill George!! She is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. She obviously loves what she does and answered all my questions. I live in Texas, and she even went the extra mile to find out that my local Dodge dealer would work on my van if needed. It’s also important that Van City RV will do any warranty repair on my Pleasure-way. I met Brian who runs the service department who already knew about the fix to a recall on the awning. I also have to say that the walk-through with JD was very thorough.
