I recently brought my class B RV to Van City RV in Las Vegas for warranty repair and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nina, our service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure that the manufacturer, Thor, not only covered the cost of the repairs but fulfilled their obligations under the warranty. Nina and her staff went above and beyond to replace the canvas on our Thor van and we did not purchase it from them! Our dealer was lackadaisical in getting the parts for the repair, so, when they finally came in 9 months later, Nina said they would put them on saving us a 5 hour drive to the dealer. It took 2 months, Thor's fault not Nina's! They kept sending the incorrect size. Evidently Thor has 2 different canvas sizes with the same part number! It took trial and error before actually getting the correct one. Everyone we talked to there was very polite and willing to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help in Las Vegas, and, if needed, that is who we will go to again. - Janet from Las Vegas, NV
