Anytime service is needed for my Thor Tiburon, this place is my go-to. From quick responses and action to great work and fixes, Nina, Clint and team have it all covered. They also helped me fight for warranty coverage when a company was trying to deny it. Once they were aware of my problem they made it their problem and took action right away saving me 9k!

The large “bike garage” door on my 2019 Leisure Travel RTB ripped off its rubber hinge at 5pm while I was loading for a trip the next morning to Tahoe. I removed the door, put it in the coach and drove to Van City LV in the morning. Nina Paulsen said it would be repaired that day. By 2 pm her team had me back on the road with a new hinge and instructions for preventative maintenance. Nina’s the BEST and the entire team of mechanics/technicians were great! My communications with Nina were always positive and full can-do. I spoke with a service gentleman when picking up our travel caravan, who took his time to explain the details of adding solar panels for added battery life. Nina, did a great job of updating me to the status of parts needed for some warranty work and once parts were received, she scheduled the service. We live 5 hours away, she promised that the work would be completed same day. The work was completed as she promised. After the work was complete the service gentleman walked us thru the items and also answered a number of questions we had. He actually fixed a couple of small items we asked about.

We've had a number of RV's over the years and have had a number of service centers take care of them. We bought a B class Thor about a year ago and decided to give Van City RV a try after seeing some pretty good reviews. I have to say that they are probably the best service center around. Nina the service advisor is definitely one of the primary reasons that makes the service so good. Good news or bad she is honest and pretty straight forward. In my experience she'll go out of her way to make sure things get done properly and at a fair price. If you have questions she'll introduce you to a mechanic so the questions can get answered. Everyone treats you more like a family member. When the work is completed Nina will go with you to the vehicle and go over what was done to make sure you're happy. I was having issues with my EQ Leveling System and the company EQ sent me the DV2 Kit to be installed. Hopefully, this will solve my problems with my auto leveling system.
Nina, the service manager, was very accommodating and helpful. She took care of me and made sure that the install/repair was done in a timely manner. Allen, installed the DV2 kit and explained everything to me what he did. He also mentioned that it was low on hydraulic fluid, so he topped off the reservoir with ATF which was low from the factory to begin with. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 FX from an extremely nice couple in Tucson. While the vehicle was in impeccable condition, it did need some warranty work on the slide. We took it to Van City in Vegas and we couldn't be happier with everything they did. Nina and Allen took excellent care of us and there was no problem with LTV covering the slide (which needed extensive work) under warranty. We purchased a Leisure Travel motorhome because of their excellent reputation and took it to Van City for the same reason. We are not disappointed. - Robert from Phoenix, AZ
