Everything webrought our RV in for got fixed, from some small minor things to a major propane issue. Comminication was timely. Personnel very friendly and professional. A special mention to Nina, in service department, who successfully fought with our warrenty company to cover all of the issues. Nina and Allen in the service department. We had the outside coach side door handle break on our LTV Serenity on a trip in the Las Vegas area and Nina was extremely responsive and proactive to find us a replacement and then do all she could to get it shipped to their shop. She had even given us the names of a couple other service centers so if they might have it in stock and be able to get it fixed faster. No one did so we had VC order and install the new handle. That's where Allen came in. As soon as the part arrived he was able to immediately remove the old handle and mechanism and install the new one.
One factor I judge a shop by is how clean and orderly the service area is and from reception to the shop I would have eaten off the floor if asked to.

Throughout the entire process, from scheduling service to completion, Nina expressed complete confidence that her technicians would resolve the slide-out issue and would do so in specified period of time. And they did exactly that. Then once service was complete Clint explained what was done and then spent time showing us exactly what to do if it ever happened again. A great experience. I like the fact that they were able to work with another dealership from another state to get my issue resolved even though I didn’t buy the trailer from them. Nina was really helpful to get a welder to fix my axle issue on the lunar rover and installing my new upgraded axle.
I will definitely come back to the service department for other future needs

It all started when we called in a panic because our slide broke while we were on day 1 of our first big outing in our RV. Nina’s emotional support and over and above customer service through the phone was so appreciated and so dramatically different from the reaction we received from the dealer we bought our RV from. Then things only got better when we arrived for our appointment. Nina and Clint were waiting and prepared for us with parts pre-ordered.
