First of all, Nina was very helpful on the phone scheduling my appointment, critical since I don't live in Las Vegas and I wanted to be sure that I could get the most out of my service visit. But the real star of the day was Allen, who quickly, ably and professionally troubleshot my Leisure Travel Van and much to my happiness correctly diagnosed the biggest problem I had and serviced it as it needed to be saving me the couple thousand dollars I had anticipated with a replacement.
And, once everything was complete, he walked me through each item, explaining the systems, what he did and even offered some suggestions and answered all of the questions I had. And none of it was "man-splaining"! He was respectful, professional and personable and provided outstanding customer service.

Nina gave an accurate cost and time estimate for work to be performed when appointment made. Very receptive to questions as well as being very cordial.

Nina went way beyond what she had to, to make sure that our leisure van was perfect. Not only did she hold cummings (Onan) accountable she also had them give me a refund for the previous service since the problem was never taken care of and was supposed to be under warranty. Where do we start...
Mechanic Allan quickly diagnosed the problem with our slide-out. We had traveled for days without getting anyone to look at it. He recommended the necessary part which arrived in a day and fixed it all the next day. He looked at some other problems we had- extremely competent and great straight forward to deal with. Nina at the front desk is amazing. She listened to our concerns and was empathetic. She understood the problem quickly and redirected staff to look at the problem. She ordered the parts. Everything she did was efficient and personable. She made other recommendations that we will follow through with when dealing with insurance companies etc. She absolutely knows the ropes and gets concerns dealt with professionally and almost magically.
We didn't know what to expect and have dealt with several companies over the years but none as professional and competent as Vancity in Las Vegas- it was truly our lucky day to discover Nina, Allan and the team at VanCity. - Rob from Pictou, NS
