Amazing staff

Nina went way beyond what she had to, to make sure that our leisure van was perfect. Not only did she hold cummings (Onan) accountable she also had them give me a refund for the previous service since the problem was never taken care of and was supposed to be under warranty. Incredible service and service providers

Where do we start...
Mechanic Allan quickly diagnosed the problem with our slide-out. We had traveled for days without getting anyone to look at it. He recommended the necessary part which arrived in a day and fixed it all the next day. He looked at some other problems we had- extremely competent and great straight forward to deal with. Nina at the front desk is amazing. She listened to our concerns and was empathetic. She understood the problem quickly and redirected staff to look at the problem. She ordered the parts. Everything she did was efficient and personable. She made other recommendations that we will follow through with when dealing with insurance companies etc. She absolutely knows the ropes and gets concerns dealt with professionally and almost magically.
We didn't know what to expect and have dealt with several companies over the years but none as professional and competent as Vancity in Las Vegas- it was truly our lucky day to discover Nina, Allan and the team at VanCity. - Rob from Pictou, NS

Emergency while traveling

What a great service center!!! Organized, speedy, and extremely helpful to people in need even when traveling and no time for an appointment! While the service area was extremely busy, they were most helpful…within an hour of arriving with no appointment, they were able to answer my question, diagnose the issue and give me a prompt resolution and get me on my way.

Service Department

Nina, Allan and the rest of the staff in the Las Vegas VanCity Service Department are likely the most effective, efficient and customer centric employees of VanCity and probably the entire RV industry. Nina's ability to work and negotiate with extended warranty service providers, on a customer's behalf is a skill-set that's invaluable and contributes to not only my always returning to VanCity for all my service needs, but for many of my LTV RVing friends and acquaintances. Allan is a technician without peer. I truly believe there is not a single issue that is brought to Allan's attention that he cannot identify root cause for, repair or provide guidance on. Both Nina and Allan have an amazingly remarkable reputation among Leisure Travel Van owners, especially those of us in the West/Southwest US.
