The size of the place. Still big enough to do the job, but small enough the make decisions and get on with business.

I took my Triple E Regency to Van City for repair of a water leak - a very difficult issue to troubleshoot. Allen was great! After much tedious investigation, he found the leaking connectors (deep in the coach, under the bed) and carefully repaired two connectors. His work was great - and his patience
