I took my Triple E Regency to Van City for repair of a water leak - a very difficult issue to troubleshoot. Allen was great! After much tedious investigation, he found the leaking connectors (deep in the coach, under the bed) and carefully repaired two connectors. His work was great - and his patience -

Nina and her staff went above and beyond to replace the canvas on our Thor van and we did not purchase it from them! Our dealer was lackadaisical in getting the parts for the repair, so, when they finally came in 9 months later, Nina said they would put them on saving us a 5 hour drive to the dealer.
