Nina, Service Manager, is knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. She found parts for our Dometic cooktop that aren’t made anymore. The service representative, Joshua was also very competent and knowledgeable, he did a terrific job making three minor repairs to our 2018 LTV FX and kept me advised about what he was doing.
