From Nina in service to Nick one of the mechanics, they're straight forward, easy to talk to and get things done. From my experience, they will bend over backwards to serve their customer. Dan Dwyer gave my wife and I a “walk through” this week; to explain the features and answer numerous feature questions we had pertaining to a Used Roadtrek Van which we bought from a private owner, not directly from Van City.

Nina did a great job keeping me informed about the progress of my warranty claim. When completed she asked John (the tech that worked on the repairs) to explain the repairs, putting me at ease, that all the problems were resolved !
