Nina and her staff went above and beyond to replace the canvas on our Thor van and we did not purchase it from them! Our dealer was lackadaisical in getting the parts for the repair, so, when they finally came in 9 months later, Nina said they would put them on saving us a 5 hour drive to the dealer.
