"I LOVE VAN CITY RV
Just a note to let you know how much I am enjoying my SECOND Gulf Stream Vista Cruiser. The 2006 I first owned was the best purchase I could have made. I would still own it if I had not seen the 2007. For our purpose, my husband being handicapped, the 2007 had a better floor plan. I never thought I would give up the first one but after three weeks, I am so pleased with the new one. It makes our lives so much easier. We just finished our short trip to Appalachia and my husband did so much better with the new layout. We put 20,000 miles on our first one in 362 days and hope to out do that with this one.
I cannot say enough about the staff at Van City. They have gone out of their way to be helpful in every way, especially, Matt. I have never had to wait to have anything done when I called. "Best dealer of anything I have bought period. They are focused on serving their customers and not extracting money from them. For instance, we had a voltage isolator go bad in Alaska last summer and we had the factory fedex one to a Roadtrek dealer in Alaska at a cost of over $200. When back home and picking up a part from Lee at Van City, I mentioned the Alaska failure and he said to bring in a copy of the invoice and they will take care of it which they did. Just one example of many things they have done for me. Thank you Lee and Matt for great service."

"We purchased a well used Roadtrek from Van City. The treated us like we were buying a new, $75,000 RV. We arranged for the sale over a weekend, and my wife returned later that week to pick up. Everything was delivered exactly as promised, and beyond. After we had commited too purchase the camper, Van City replaced both batteries because they were "Not at 100%" The can was delivered clean, and with care. We will always reccomend Van City to anyone looking for a Class B."
