Service Department

Nina, Allan and the rest of the staff in the Las Vegas VanCity Service Department are likely the most effective, efficient and customer centric employees of VanCity and probably the entire RV industry. Nina's ability to work and negotiate with extended warranty service providers, on a customer's behalf is a skill-set that's invaluable and contributes to not only my always returning to VanCity for all my service needs, but for many of my LTV RVing friends and acquaintances. Allan is a technician without peer. I truly believe there is not a single issue that is brought to Allan's attention that he cannot identify root cause for, repair or provide guidance on. Both Nina and Allan have an amazingly remarkable reputation among Leisure Travel Van owners, especially those of us in the West/Southwest US. It is their customer relationships that bring us back to VanCity Las Vegas from across the country. They are both incredible assets to VanCity Las Vegas. Dan and Scott took care of us

Dan Dwyer gave my wife and I a “walk through” this week; to explain the features and answer numerous feature questions we had pertaining to a Used Roadtrek Van which we bought from a private owner, not directly from Van City.
Van City originally sold the van new; to the first owner of this RV. Dan could not have been more patient and could not have been a better listener as he shared with us his product knowledge and calmed our concerns in operating the vehicle and navigating its features. It is worth noting that we are FIRST TIME RV owners and are in our 60s, so, we had a lot to learn, but, Dan put things in very easy to understand terms for us and was NEVER at all condescending.

We are also so grateful to Van City’s Service Manager Scott for making the extra effort to fit us in and repair a propane leak (faulty regulator) which was a safety concern for us and will also restore some appliance options/accessories for us in our camper.

Customer experiences like Sue and I had on Wednesday are rare in our current day and age.

Best service support

Nina, Service Manager, is knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. She found parts for our Dometic cooktop that aren’t made anymore. The service representative, Joshua was also very competent and knowledgeable, he did a terrific job making three minor repairs to our 2018 LTV FX and kept me advised about what he was doing. Great customer service

I called Van City talked to Nina we had a propane leak she got me in the next day. I was met with a smile everyone was very plesant. The tec came out showed me everything that was broke he fixed it right away. I would recomend Van City - Glenn from Las Vegas, NV

Nina was beyond helpful and made my experience with van city amazing. From now on I will only buy my vans from van city because they really go the extra mile to take care of there customers and even non customers because I didn’t even buy my van here and they have done everything they can to help me with van builder I felt with that delivered a poorly assembled van. Exceptional Customer Service

My wife and I contacted VanCity RV Kalispell for de-winterization service and we also had several questions regarding the 2010 Unity LTV RV we recently acquired. Kari, the office manager, was very kind and accommodating. She scheduled service and arranged for the Sales Manager to help us with our questions. The service tech, Alex, was excellent! He performed all of the services and took the time to explain what he was doing and why! The following morning, the General Sales Manager, Chad Schlagle, came in early to meet with us and go over the entire unit as if we were new buyers! He explained every aspect of the RV and how everything functions. He took the time to answer all of our questions. This was beyond all expectations and was extremely helpful! Nina and Allen were great! Nina at documenting our service items and getting our service scheduled at our convenience. Nina has a very happy and helpful personality! Allen our service technician did a great job on our annual maintenance and some additional service items we wanted addressed. Expression of Gratitude to VanCityRV and to Chad Slagle and a te

Greetings to Chad Slagle and to each of you at VanCityRV,
A little over a week ago my wife and I were in Kalispell, MT visiting our daughter who lives there. We were experiencing some issues with our 3-week old Leisure Unity RTB model that was ordered through the local Leisure dealer. Chad Slagle and a tech person (regret that I failed to get his name recorded in my memory, but Chad would know him) went out of their way to help resolve the issues. They are to be commended and reflect great credit upon VanCityRV and upon the Leisure RV for having such great dealers in their network.
Chad went so far as to repair a door gasket that had come unglued. He glued it back.
Both Chad and the tech person (so sorry I failed to get his name recorded) went to some lengths to explain the operation of the navigation system, to correct some erroneous impressions regarding the inverter operation, and other general elements of re-education on our part.
Since our daughter lives in Kalispell we anticipate returning there for visits and expect to visit VanCityRV when there if nothing more than to greet you and the other kind people there.
